Bread Roll Recipe

 

Bread Rolls are perfect for breakfast or evening snacks with a cup of tea. The recipe is quite popular in North India and it is mostly prepared during the rainy and winter season. To keep these rolls light and healthy, consider shallow frying over deep frying. Do not forget to serve them hot with a sauce prepared from green chilly.

 

 

 

Bread Roll Recipe


Ingredients

  • 1 Wheat Bread Pack
  • 4 Potatoes (Boiled)
  • 2 Onions (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Cooking Oil
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them properly

  2. Add chopped onions, red chilly powder, and cumin powder

  3. Mix them all properly

  4. Dip a bread slice in water and make a roll while stuffing the mixture we just prepared (As Shown in Picture)

  5. Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil on a nonstick pan. Shallow fry the bread rolls and serve them hot
