Potato is the most commonly used vegetable in Indian recipes owing to the presence of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Its consumption can reduce inflammation, maintain heart and bones, and strengthen bones. It contains vitamin C, which can act as an antioxidant and prevent any damage to the skin and other cells.
Potato Masala Recipe
- 3-4 Medium Size Potato
- 1-2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsbp Oregano
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
Wash, peel, and cut potato in small pieces.
Heat three table spoons of cooking oil in a pan for two minutes.
Add cumin seeds and heat till they get light brown in color.
Now add potato and stir well.
Add two table spoons of salt and stir well.
Add two table spoons of fresh cream and stir well.
Cover the pan and heat the mixture for four to five minutes.
Sprinkle oregano all over the mixture and serve hot.
