Potato is the most common used vegetable in Indian recipes owing to presence of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. It’s consumption can reduce inflammation, maintain heart and bones, and strengthen bones. It contains vitamin C, which can act as antioxidant and prevent any damage to skin and other cells.
Potato Masala Recipe
- 3-4 Medium Size Potato
- 1-2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsbp Oregano
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
Wash, peel, and cut potato in small pieces.
Heat three table spoons of cooking oil in a pan for two minutes.
Add cumin seeds and heat till they get light brown in color.
Now add potato and stir well.
Add two table spoons of salt and stir well.
Add two table spoons of fresh cream and stir well.
Cover the pan and heat the mixture for four to five minutes.
Sprinkle oregano all over the mixture and serve hot.
