Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Maggie
  • 1 Sliced Vertically Green Capsicum
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Cup Green Peas
  • 2 TB Spoon Salt
  • 1 TB Spoon Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 TB Spoon Basil
  • 2 TB Spoon Fresh Butter

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup Maggi in preheated water with added salt and oil.

  2. Strain the Maggi and keep it aside to drain.

  3. Heat up 2tbsp butter in a pan until it melts.


  4. Add chopped onions and capsicum strips.

  5. Stir well until the onions get slightly brown in color.

  6. Add some salt and red chilly powder.

  7. Quickly add the boiled Maggi and stir it well through this prepared mixture.

  8. Lastly, season it with basil.

  9. Vegetable maggi is ready to be served hot.
