First of all prepare batter using Rawa and curd. Mix it well. Then add 100 ml water to soak rawa (Sooji) for few minutes. Set it aside for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile you can chop veggies for toppings. I am cooking onion uttapam so I'll be using onion only and green chili.
After 10 minutes check consistency of batter. It should neither be too thin or too thick. So add 1-2 tbsp of water if required. Your batter is ready to be cooked now.
Heat oil in separate pan. You can use silicon brush for applying oil.
Pour some batter in the pan and spread it nicely. Sprinkle onion and green chilis on the top. When base of batter become firm flip it to other side. Wait for few minutes. Your uttapam is ready to be served with hot sambar or any chutney.
