Atta Halwa Recipe

Ingredients

  1. Wheat Flour (1 Cup)
  2. Water (Two Cups)
  3. Sugar (Half Cup)
  4. Almonds (Crushed Five Tablespoons)
  5. Cashews (Crushed Five Tablespoons)
  6. Ghee (Five Tablespoons)

Preparation:

  1. Heat five tablespoons of ghee in a big pan for three to four minutes.
  2. Add wheat flour and stir well till the flour gets golden brown.
  3. Add water and stir fast as well as continuously to avoid any lumps.
  4. Add half cup sugar and mix well.
  5. Heat the mixture for four minutes to get the required consistency.
  6. Use crushed almonds and cashews to garnish.
