Homemade Barfi Recipe


  1. Parle G Biscuit (2 Packets)
  2. Desi Ghee (One Big Spoon)
  3. Everyday Milk Powder (50 Grams)
  4. Powdered Sugar (Two Spoons)
  5. Milk (Five Small Spoons)
  6. Dry Fruits (Of your choice)


  1. Put biscuits, desi ghee, powdered milk, and sugar in a jar of mixer grinder and grind for two to three minutes.
  2. Take the mixture in a bowl and slowly add five spoons of milk to make dough.
  3. Spread the dough in a tray, use dry fruits to garnish the spread, and keep it in a fridge for one hour.
  4. Take out the tray after one hour and cut the spread into equal pieces, preferably rectangular.
  5. Your home made barfi is ready.

Whole Wheat Biscuits Recipe


Whole Wheat Flour (150 Grams)

Sugar (90 Grams)

Desi Ghee (50 Grams)

White Flour (Maida) (15 Grams)


Take 50 grams of desi ghee in a pan, heat for five minutes, and then turn off the flame

Mix 150 grams of whole wheat flour in the warmed desi ghee

Add 15 grams of white flour (maida) to the mixture and stir well

Take an oven safe tray and cover it with baking sheet

Take stainless steel kitchen press, choose mold plate of your choice to give specific design to the biscuits, and fill the gun with the prepared mixture.

Now, operate the machine to get biscuits of similar shape and length

Keep placing the biscuits on the tray one buy one

Preheat the oven at 160 degree Celsius

Put the try in the oven and bake the biscuits for 20 minutes

Now, bake the biscuits for five more minutes at 180 degree Celsius to get that perfect golden brown color

Take out the tray and let the biscuits cool down for half an hour or so

Atta Halwa Recipe


  1. Wheat Flour (1 Cup)
  2. Water (Two Cups)
  3. Sugar (Half Cup)
  4. Almonds (Crushed Five Tablespoons)
  5. Cashews (Crushed Five Tablespoons)
  6. Ghee (Five Tablespoons)


  1. Heat five tablespoons of ghee in a big pan for three to four minutes.
  2. Add wheat flour and stir well till the flour gets golden brown.
  3. Add water and stir fast as well as continuously to avoid any lumps.
  4. Add half cup sugar and mix well.
  5. Heat the mixture for four minutes to get the required consistency.
  6. Use crushed almonds and cashews to garnish.

Ingredients for Sponge

  1. Whole Wheat Flour (One Cup)
  2. Warm Water (One Cup)
  3. Maple Syrup (Two Tablespoon)
  4. Active Yeast (One Tablespoon)

Ingredients for Bread

  1. Whole Wheat Flour (Two Cups)
  2. Salt (One Tablespoon)
  3. Oil (Two Tablespoon)
  4. Lemon Juice (1.5 Tablespoon)
  5. Ground Cumin (One Quarter Tablespoon)
  6. Water ( Two Tablespoon)
  7. Oil Butter (As required)


  1. To prepare sponge, mix all the given ingredients in a bowl for five minutes to make batter.
  2. Leave the mixture aside for one hour in a warm place.
  3. Add the sponge batter in a stand mixer and add two cups of flour and salt.
  4. Knead for a minute and add oil, lemon juice, cumin, and water. Now knead for five more minutes.
  5. After five minutes, check if the dough needs some more flour or water.
  6. Keep aside the dough for 20 minutes.
  7. Shape the dough into a rectangle and place it in a well greased bread pan.
  8. Spray some water on top and add sesame seeds or oats.
  9. Cover the dough using a fresh towel and leave it for another 50 minutes.
  10. Now bake the dough for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degree F.
  11. Once baked, grease the bread from the top with oil or vegan butter.
  12. Slice the bread using a knife after one hour.

Tofu Gravy Recipe


  1. 200 gm Tofu (Cut into cubes)
  2. 1/2 Cup Green Peas
  3. 3 Onion
  4. 2 Tomato
  5. 15 cloves of Garlic
  6. 1 Green Chili
  7. 1 tbsp Ginger (Grated)
  8. 1 tbsp Red Chili
  9. 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  10. 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  11. 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  12. 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  13. 2 tbsp Oil
  14. 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped)
  15. Salt to Taste


  1. Make the paste of Onions and take it in a bowl. Then make the paste of tomatoes.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds, fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add grated garlic and ginger. Then add onion paste. Fry until it becomes golden brown.
  4. Add tomato paste. Stir for 3-4 minutes. Then add all the spices to this masala.
  5. Add 3-4 cups of water and green peas.
  6. Now close the pressure cooker and cook for about 15 minutes at low flame.
  7. Turn off the nob. Now, wait for couple of minutes so that entire steam has oozed out of the cooker.
  8. Open the lid of the cooker and add tofu. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes on a low flame.
  9. Serve it hot with roti or naan.
