Bread Pizza

Bread Pizza is a breakfast dish that can also be eaten in the evening snacks. It can be cooked in just 20 minutes. You can easily cook this recipe for your kids if they don’t like to have roti’s in their breakfast as it is very healthy and tasty snack. You can use vegetables of your choice those are easily available at home like carrot, peas, corns, capsicum, onion etc. So here is the recipe for bread pizza

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients for Bread Pizza Recipe

  • Bread 6 Slices
  • Rawa (Semolina) 100 grams
  • Curd 100 grams
  • Tomato 1 (Finely Chopped)
  • Capsicum 1 (Finely Chopped)
  • Onion 1/2 (Finely Chopped)
  • Carrot 1/2 (Finely Chopped)
  • Corns
  • Cooking Oil 1 Tablespoon
  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Tomato Sauce 2 Tablespoon
  • Oregano 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt to taste


Procedure

  • Prepare batter by mixing rawa and curd
  • Then add finely chopped vegetables, red chili powder and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well. Keep the mixture aside for 5 minutes
  • Now, spread 2-3 tbsp of this batter on the bread
  • Put tawa (hot plate) on medium flame and grease it with the cooking oil. Let the tawa heat up
  • Put the bread on the tawa to roast and make sure that the side of the bread with batter is downward. So that, the batter gets cooked well. Let the bread roast for two minutes
  • When the lower side of the bread gets golden brown color, roast it from the other side too for around two minutes
  • Cut the bread into two and sprinkle some oregano. Your bread pizza is ready to be served hot with green or red sauce
