Bread Pizza is a breakfast dish that can also be eaten in the evening snacks. It can be cooked in just 20 minutes. You can easily cook this recipe for your kids if they don’t like to have roti’s in their breakfast as it is very healthy and tasty snack. You can use vegetables of your choice those are easily available at home like carrot, peas, corns, capsicum, onion etc. So here is the recipe for bread pizza.

- 6 Slices of Bread
- 100 gm Rawa/Sooji
- 100 gm Curd
- 1/2 Finely Chopped Tomato
- 1/2 Finely Chopped Capsicum
- 1/4 Finely Chopped Onion
- 1/4 Finely Chopped Carrot
- 1 tbsp Corns
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- Salt to taste
Prepare batter by mixing rawa and curd. Mix till all of it mixes well.
Then add finely chopped vegetables, red chili powder and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well.
Keep it for 5 minutes.
Spread 2-3 tbsp of this batter on the bread.
Put tawa on medium flame and grease with ghee or oil. Let the tawa heat
Put the bread on the tawa to roast and side with batter should be downward. Let the bread roast slowly.
When bread becomes golden brown roast it from the other side too. It takes 6-7 minutes to roast bread.
Cut the bread into two pieces. Sprinkle oregano on the pizza and serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
