Hello everyone! Myself Harmeet Kaur Nijjar, the cook and photographer behind Cook With Emotion. I have started this blog/website to share with you my passion for cooking and my recipes. Lots of us try to make an excuse that we do not know cooking. There is nobody in this world who knows cooking by birth. Cooking is not at all tough for anyone to learn. We all can learn it just like we learned all other things. Our life is so busy nowadays. We hardly get any time to cook fresh food for ourselves all the time. We have chosen to be dependent on fast food more than freshly cooked food.

One of the most popular main course recipes in India is mix veg recipe dry. This recipe is mostly available in all restaurants that either serve pure vegetarian or non-vegetarian food. As the name suggests, this dish is prepared from a variety of vegetables. The best part this recipe is that the ingredients are not fixed. You can use any vegetables that are easily available at home or nearby markets. Just grab three to four vegetables and prepare the recipe following the step by step instructions given below:

Ingredients Used in Mix Veg Recipe Dry

  1. Carrot
  2. Cauliflower
  3. Peas
  4. Bringle
  5. Capsicum
  6. Onion
  7. Tomato
