Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

  • 1 bowl fresh paneer
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon cumin Powder
  • 1 bowl well chopped Potatoes
  • 1 bowl well chopped Onions
  • 1 tablespoon cooking Oil

Instructions for Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

  1. Make fresh paneer from one liter of milk. Heat the milk and add two tablespoon lemon or vinegar
  2. Heat one tablespoon cooking oil in a nonstick pan
  3. Add cumin powder stir well
  4. Add chopped onion and potato, stir well, and cook till onion get brown in color
  5. Keep the mixture aside to get cool
  6. Add the mixture to a blender or grinder and make a smooth paste
  7. Cook this paste in a pan for two-three minutes
  8. Add salt, red chili powder, and cook for one more minute
  9. Add paneer, stir well and cook for five more minutes
