Poha Special Recipe

pohaPoha is a popular and healthy option for breakfast or evening snacks. It can be cooked in 10 to 15 minutes using ingredients easily available at home.


  • 2 Small Bowls Poha White
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tomato Chopped
  • 1 Small Bowl Sev
  • 1 Small Bowl Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil


  1. Soak two bowls of white poha in one cup of water and keep it aside

  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan for one minute.

  3. Now add soaked white poha in this preheated pan.

  4. Add peanuts to poha and stir well.

  5. Cook the mixture for 5 to 6 minutes

  6. Turn off the gas and add copped tomato and onion for garnishing.

  7. Now add sev as sepcial topping to the mixture.

  8. Special poha is ready to eat
