White sauce Pasta is an Italian cuisine that is cooked in almost every Indian home and even all over the world. Its recipe is very easy. This creamy, delicious pasta can be served hot to anyone at any time. Kids love to have this pasta in their lunch or snacks. Let’s have a look at the recipe.
White Sauce Pasta
- 1 cup Pasta
- 1 Finely Chopped Green Capsicum
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion Medium Size
- 1 cup Fresh milk
- 1/2 cup Green peas
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp red chilly powder
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp basil
- 2 tbsp fresh butter
Boil 1 cup pasta in preheated water with added salt and oil.
Strain the pasta and keep it aside to drain.
Heat up 2tbsp butter in a pan till it melts.
Add chopped onions and capsicum strips.
Stir well till the onions get lightly brown in color.
Add some salt and red chilly powder for taste.
Add flour and milk to the mixture and stir well.
Cook the mixture till you see a thick white sauce.
Quickly add the boiled pasta and stir it well through this prepared mixture.
Lastly, season it with basil.
Your white sauce veggie pasta is ready to be served hot.
