  • Sugar (90 Grams)
  • Desi Ghee (50 Grams)
  • White Flour (Maida) (15 Grams)

How to Make Whole Wheat Biscuits At Home

  • Take 50 grams of desi ghee in a pan, heat for five minutes, and then turn off the flame
  • Mix 150 grams of whole wheat flour in the warmed desi ghee
  • Add 15 grams of white flour (maida) to the mixture and stir well
  • Take an oven-safe tray and cover it with a baking sheet
  • Take stainless steel kitchen press, choose a mold plate of your choice to give a specific design to the biscuits, and fill the gun with the prepared mixture.
  • Now, operate the machine to get biscuits of similar shape and length
  • Keep placing the biscuits on the tray one by one
  • Preheat the oven to 160 degree Celsius
